Brentwood Borough Council is committed to working with partners to help improve mental health and wellbeing in the local community. In partnership with the Brentwood Health and Wellbeing Board, Brentwood Borough Council is pleased to launch the fourth round of the Mental Health Small Grants Scheme, available to support wellbeing initiatives in the Borough.
Grants of up to £2500 are available to individuals, organisations and groups for wellbeing projects delivered between 1 January and 31 December 2021. Projects must be delivered in the Borough, will need to demonstrate how their project meets a number of health criteria available in the guidance, and involve people with lived experience in design planning and delivery.
Applications open on 4 September and will close on 30 October 2020.
The deadline is also fast approaching for the Brentwood Community Fund, in partnership with Axis, which has grants of up to £4000 available for community projects. Applicants must show how their project will meet criteria in line with the Council’s corporate priorities, improve the quality of life for local people and tackle important issues.
The deadline is 30 September.
